BESPOKE CYCLE TRAINING

The Wheels for All - Oxford Leaders are now able to offer bespoke cycle training - whether this is teaching you to cycle, improving your cycling skills and confidence, or leading a group of people on a cycle ride.

Each of the Leaders has taken the Level 2 British Cycling Ride Activator Award, which is a unique combination of:

Ready Set Ride - teaching beginners to ride in a traffic free environment

Inclusive Cycle Training - knowledge and practical experience to deliver activities to support people with impairments and health conditions to get active in cycling

Ride Leadership Level 2 - leading a group of up to 8 people on both short rides and longer rides

Our emphasis is on bespoke training - finding out what your goals are and helping you achieve them.  Training of adults will be mostly one-to-one, or in very small groups, and our lessons will be directed to those who may have missed out on cycle training at school, key workers, people new to Oxford, people in areas most benefitting from active travel and people having other needs.  Many of our lessons are sponsored by Active Oxfordshire and other grants which enable the lessons to be provided free of charge - please contact us to find out if you qualify.
